Deliveries & Personal Items
Pazelle Studios is not responsible for any deliveries made to the studio, nor for packages, equipment, or personal belongings left behind. Please make arrangements to accept your own deliveries and double-check that you have all items with you before leaving the studio.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel your booking:

3 business days or more in advance – You will receive a full refund.

Within 24 hours of your booking time – You will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows – Unfortunately, the booking is non-refundable.
